Eureka! The Big Bang Query (RTÉ 2, 10.25pm)
RTÉ’s brand new comedy panel show is hosted by Neil Delamere and sees comedians and scientists team up to debate and riff on everything from the universe to time travel. Aoibhínn Ní Shúilleabháin and PJ Gallagher serve as team captains. Colour us intrigued.
Bridget and Eamon (RTÉ 2, 9.55pm)
The final episode of the series airs tonight and sees Bridget competing in a Housewife of the Year competition, which may or may not feature Linda Martin… #BrigetAndEamon
Everyone’s talking about… The IFTAS
The IFTA television drama nominations are out with Rebellion, Game of Thrones, An Klondike, Penny Dreadful and Vikings nominated for Best Drama.
Other television nominees include Colin Farrell and Aidan Turner who are nominated for their performances in True Detective and Poldark, respectively. Caitriona Balfe, meanwhile, is nominated for her turn in US series Outlander while Sarah Greene picked up two nods for her roles in Rebellion and Penny Dreadful.
